Forest Plan Summit - Facilitation and Format
In the past, we have utilized facilitation to foster better communication. Do you think that this facilitation will be necessary for the Summit? If so, do you have any suggestions of potential facilitators? We have not decided on facilitation yet, we’d welcome your thoughts.
At various times in our collaboration we have utilized small groups and large groups. Do your prefer a format that has a mix of small and large group discussions (e.g. plenary discussions and smaller breakout discussions) or exclusively large group or small group settings? We would like all sessions, large and small, to be conducted with a variety of different interests in attendance. Your thoughts?
