Also, a suggestion was made to move the national policy discussion from the end of the first day to a shorter time slot directly following the keynote speaker. Concern was also expressed that we may not be pacing the topics accurately. Some are worried that participants may lose interest by the afternoon of the second day if we don't have something to keep them around til the afternoon of the second day. Finally, it was suggested that the first day end with a panel of past planning participants (likely TWiG members). The panel would explore different perspectives on the Forest Service Proposed Plan. I will make some of those changes to a new draft agenda and post them here. Do you have any additional thoughts?
